These seven performances are presented by Swain County High Arts programs which include band, chous, etc. The musical, "Annie," first played on Broadway in 1976 and is based on the comic, "Little Orphan Annie," which came about in 1922. A hiker weekend that that is full of activities that people from many different ages can enjoy. Some activities include Corn Hole Competition, free disc golf lessons, and many other activities that everyone can enjoy.
Free. Hunts by age group, bonnet contests, visit with the Easter Bunny, deviled egg contest, punch and Easter cupcakes. "Peeps in the Creek" duck race open to adults and children for $1 per chance. Prizes will be awarded for the first duck across the finish line in both adult and youth categories. More info

The Isaacs, a multi-award winning family group, began singing over 30 years ago and currently features vocalists Lily Isaacs, Ben Isaacs, Sonya Isaacs and Rebecca Isaacs Bowman. They perform frequently at the Grand Ole Opry, are active members on the Gaither Homecoming Concert Series and travel throughout the year internationally and across the United States, including a recent performance at Carnegie Hall which received a standing ovation.
