The Appalachian Women's Museum will host their annual "Airing of the Quilts" - a showing of beautiful quilts from quilters and quilt collectors. Enjoy the quilts, the fabric scrap exchange, a quilt pattern and book exchange, a raffle and music. Visitors will also have an opportunity to purchase a square on a Friendship Album Quilt with their name or honoring someone in their lives. After all the squares are sold, the quilt will be hung in the entryway of the Museum. For more information, visit appwomen.org
