Downtown Dillsboro. Parade starts at 2:00 pm. Bring your own hat or arrive early (10:00am - 1:30 pm) at Dogwood Crafters to make your own. A full day of fun including kid's activities, face painting, and visits with the Easter Bunny. Ribbons and prizes are given for unusual hat categories. Parade travels on streets around downtown.
